Cancellation Policy

BOOKING
Delivering the best care to you is our priority, and that’s why we have a cancellation policy in place that kindly ask for your cooperation with . To secure your booking appointment, a deposit fee of 50% of your service is required. We accept payments from Zelle and Venmo.
CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must call or text at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit will either be refunded or pushed for a future appointment. However, providing less than 24 hour notice have to pay 50% the service amount cancellation fee.
LATE ARRIVAL
Time has specially been reserved for your appointment, please arrive at least five minutes before your schedule appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment, we may need to reschedule your session and the full fee will still apply.
NO SHOW POLICY
You will be considerate and no-show if you miss your schedule appointment without providing any prior notice or arriving excessively late beyond the grace period. Your deposit will be forfeited .
EMERGENCY SITUATION
Allow for exception in case of genuine, emergencies or unforeseen  circumstances. In such a cases , the consolation or no-show fees might be waived, showing understanding and compassion towards the client situation.
